The EMA debate on Wednesday is an opposition day debate. This means that any vote taken on an opposition motion is not binding but will highlight the issue to the government.
If you would like to watch the debate it will be on the BBC Parliament channel or on this website;

The time of the vote should be at about 7pm. The vote may be earlier. It is difficult to say at what time the vote will be as they may request more time to talk about the subject or finish before the time allocated.
